Jess Hastings Jaeger
Founder & CEO
Jess has been a software engineer in the tech world for over a decade. While she's worked on a wide range of products, her specialty is bridging the creative with the functional. Before founding Transform, Jess was a lead engineer at Oura, where she helped build their e-commerce platform, expand into new markets, and improve the overall user experience. She's always noticed a gap between the tools available to small business owners and the resources available to larger companies, and she started Transform to help close that gap.
